LBRTY will aim to have all orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. In peak times and holiday periods, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Domestic orders
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days ($10.00)
- Standard Shipping on orders greater than $150: 3-7 business days (FREE SHIPPING)
International orders
New Zealand only
- Standard International Shipping (5-10 business days): Starting at $20
- Shipping will be calculated at checkout

If you experience any issues with delivery, please ensure that you contact us within 14 days of receiving the order so that we can solve whatever issue has occurred. After 14 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer any assistance.
If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to change your delivery details if your order has not already been processed, but there are no guarantees.
