Returns

In the unlikely event that an issue arises with your purchase, refunds are available on all products/items purchased from my website, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item must not be damaged or show signs of use/ wear.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• The item receipt/ order number must be shown to us for proof of purchase.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund. 

If any of the above mentioned conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund.

If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that have prevented you requesting a refund before the 14-day period, you can still contact us to request a refund, but there is no guarantee a refund will be granted.

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong size, please keep all packaging and receipts. If the item is still in a new condition, we will be able to exchange the item for the correct size you are wanting.
