Returns

We are sure that you will love your LBRTY order. However, in the unlikely event that an issue arises with your purchase, refunds are available on all products/items purchased from our website, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item must not be damaged or show signs of use/ wear (unless faulty)
  
• The item receipt/ order number must be shown to us for proof of purchase.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund. 

If any of the above mentioned conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund.

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong size, please keep all packaging and receipts. If the item is still in a new condition, we will be able to exchange the item for the correct size you are wanting.  

Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address as we hold no responsibility for lost or damaged items due to an incorrect shipping address.
